Ha’penny Bridge Inn – Dublin, Ireland

Ha’penny Bridge Inn - Dublin, IrelandHa’penny Bridge Inn is a pub and bar in Temple Bar area of Dublin, Ireland. As the name hints, it’s right by Dublin’s famous Ha’penny Bridge. Unlike other pubs and bars in Temple bar, Hapenny Bridge Inn has kept it’s traditional Irish pub look and feel.

I’ve been there twice. The first time to see the stand-up comic, and the second time as a part of Musical pub crawl. Both time, I had a pint at the ground floor, and later went upstairs for the event. They serve tasty Guinness, and it’s less expensive compared to other pubs in the Temple Bar or in Dublin city center where many tourists go to. Ha’penny Bridge Inn seems to keep some local customers even though it’s in the Temple Bar area.
