Robinsons Bar & Restaurant – Belfast, Northern Ireland

Robinsons bar & restaurant, Belfast Robinson’s Bar and Restaurant is a nice modern restaurant with wide & open space. When I went there, they played nice jazz BGM, and pretty quiet… in a nice way. You can enjoy good food and wine or beer in relaxing atmosphere. The food was pretty good. I had fish & chips with green salad (see photo). The menu includes some traditional but with modern twist meals and fusion dishes such as Thai flavor chicken. It was great that many of them were under GBP10! The restaurant is upstairs and the downstairs is a bar. (more…)

Jurys Inn Belfast Hotel – Northern Ireland

Belfast Jurys Inn Hotel Jurys Inn hotel is located in Belfast city center. The hotel is near the bus center connecting to major cities in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. Also, there are many tourist attractions such as Grand Opera House and many pubs like Belfast’s famous Crown Bar. You can easily walk to City Hall, shopping center, and Queens University.

Belfast Black Taxi Tour – Northern Ireland

Belfast black taxi tour - wall Black Taxi Tour is probably the best way to explore the modern historical side of Belfast. Each taxi takes up to 3-6 tourists around the city stopping many of the sightseeing spots in town including Titanic Shipyards, Queens University, Ulster Museum and St. Annes Cathedral. However, the most memorable part of the tour is the locations such as Shankill road and wall murals, and the Peace Wall. (more…)
